The firm is seeking to appoint senior individuals who are well known in the market place and who are well established individual with an excellent reputation.
The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years PQE and should have experience in the following
• Equity release
• Help to buy
• Transfers of equity
• Declarations of Trust
• Unregistered land
• Leaseholds and freeholds
• Commercial leases
• Commercial sale and purchases
• Deed of Variations
• Deed of Covenant and release of covenant.
• Pre-Emption agreements
• Option agreements
• Agricultural land purchases and sales.
• Farm Business Tenancies.
• Business sale and purchases.
• Holiday lodge park sales and dealing with lodge purchaser’s enquiries
You will help the firm to achieve profit objectives, market the firm and add to its professional network. Key to these roles is to provide a proactive and constructive input into the firm's strategy. In the management role, as a Head of Department you will optimise the performance of the teams, ensuring its profitability. An ability to train, develop and manage a team as well as moving the department forward with innovative ideas would be expected.
You must also be able to prove you can be an ambassador for the firm and be able to win/retain clients and develop strong relationships with local agents.
