An opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist / Administrator to come in and play their own part in the firm's success story. This role is key to the success of the firm as you will be the first point of contact for our clients either face to face or through the operation of a busy switchboard. Predominantly based in our Yeovil Office the role will involve many duties, mostly client facing and may require travel to provide cover to our other offices in Bridgwater, Taunton, Dorchester and Bridport.
Applications on a full or part-time basis would be considered although there is a requirement for cover at the beginning and end of each day.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy receptionist or administration type role preferably from the professional services sector however applications from any sector are welcomed. Applicants will have experience of all aspects of client care, switchboard and post room duties alongside a host of other administration and office tasks. This well established firm is looking for a bright and ambitious individual who has a “can do” attitude and is able to work on their own or as part of a team to get the job done.
You will help the firm to achieve excellent client care, and champion communication amongst all members of the Pardoes’ team. You will be able to multi-task often having to juggle many jobs at once whilst remaining welcoming and hospitable at all times to clients and staff.
The successful applicant will also be vehicle owner and hold a full driving licence.
