Inheritance & Trust Disputes

When a person dies disputes can unfortunately arise concerning the validity of a Will or its terms; equally arguments occur over the administration of a Trust, the powers and duties of trustees or the rights of beneficiaries.

Following where appropriate pre-action protocols provided by the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS), Pardoes’ Dispute Resolution team will try and resolve claims without incurring the stress and expense of Court proceedings.
