This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced fully qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, to establish a privately funded Family presence in our Yeovil Office. Consideration would be given to an applicant with less experience who could demonstrate the ability and determination to build a family presence in an office currently with a remote presence.

You would be working within our Yeovil office although initially you will work with the Family team in our Taunton Office so as to understand our processes and work systems. You’ll then progress to our Yeovil Office where you will be the sole Family fee earner and will be required to market yourself and the business in order to establish a profitable caseload and presence.
You will be self supportive, undertaking the majority of your own administration with some support provided remotely from our Taunton team.
With an organised approach and as a self starter you would build the caseload to a point where the role can be sustained. It goes without saying Client awareness is essential whilst consistently delivering a first class service.
The role will require travel to provide cover to our other offices in Bridgwater, Taunton and Bridport. Hours of work are between Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy fee earning Family role with an ability to work alone as required to get the job done. Applicants who have experience of building and growing a Family department and using marketing and networking to achieve this are most desirable.
The successful applicant will also be vehicle owner and hold a full driving licence.
