I graduated from the City University London and then qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) in 1985.

I have almost 40 years practical experience in the management and operation of large and small businesses, with comprehensive insight into creation and development as well as hands on experience of how to successfully grow and manage change within commerce.

I initially worked as a consultant for Pardoes Solicitors from December 2022, firstly to review and advise the business financially, then joining them formally in March 2023 and I am now the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Financial Director and COFA.

For the last eight years, I have been working with Law Firms to assist with the challenges that the law sector faces, such as a change in working methods and the everchanging financial environment.

My best career moment to date is that I floated a company on the London Stock Exchange in 1997 and I was also a governor and trustee of Nordoff & Robbins Music Therapy for 19 years.

I love to travel and I'm an Arsenal football team season ticket holder.
