I qualified as a solicitor in 1983 and joined Pardoes in March 2011.
I am a senior solicitor in Pardoes’ Dispute
Resolution team and deals with a broad range of litigation and dispute
resolution. I studied for a Bachelor of Law degree at the University of
Warwick and subsequently studied for a Master of Laws in International Business
Law at the University of Houston in Texas.
I have expertise in complex contractual and other commercial
disputes for businesses across industry sectors including construction,
technology, and professional services and in particular, has expertise
in shareholder and partnership disputes and professional negligence claims
involving claims against solicitors, accountants and surveyors and is expert in
procedural matters brought in the High Court, County Court and managing dispute
resolution by means of arbitration and mediation.
I have expertise in contentious probate matters, including
trusts and trustee disputes, estate administration disputes and financial
provision claims against estates.
I also have expertise in complex property litigation matters
such as commercial and residential landlord and tenants, claims in respect of
easements, and equitable and beneficial interests possession and occupation
interests of parties in land.
I would describe myself as friendly, approachable and focused on his clients’ needs and
objectives.
