Siobhan is a director of Pardoes Solicitors and Head of Family Law, practicing at our offices in Bridgwater, Taunton, Yeovil, and West Bradley. Siobhan practices all areas of children/family law but has dedicated most of her career to acting in public law proceedings in respect of children. Siobhan is a member of the Law Society Children Panel.
Siobhan acts for children, parents, grandparents and intervenors and has significant experience and expertise in complex cases involving non-accidental injury, child death, sexual abuse, complex medical issues, serious abuse, international issues, competent children, human rights issues, and very vulnerable adults.
Siobhan has earned acknowledgements from Judges; and has been described as having “a tenacity without which the right decision would not have been reached.” Siobhan has acted in care proceedings in which she pursued a successful claim for damages for human rights breaches against a local authority.
Her clients find her to be understanding, easy to communicate with, and capable of putting people at ease even in the most stressful of circumstances.
On a personal level, Siobhan enjoys weightlifting and has a passion for cooking, music, and travel.
