About me
I am Head of People, Welfare & Culture and have been with Pardoes since January 2024. I lead the People team and have created and implemented the People Plan, a strategy to help the company manage, support and develop its people to achieve our growth and culture goals.
What I enjoy most about my role is working closely with our brilliant teams, listening to their feedback and turning it into meaningful, people-centric solutions that support a positive, inclusive and thriving workplace.
How I can help you
Whilst there’s a clear link between the People team and our client-focused values, my work mainly supports our internal teams. I aim to be approachable and supportive; helping to create a culture built on integrity, transparency and trust.
A big part of that is making sure everyone feels heard and valued, regardless of role or seniority. We’re at our best when there are no unnecessary barriers between people, just open, honest collaboration.

Outside of work
I am a Board Director for the Richard Huish Multi Academy Trust. When I’m not working, attending board meetings or running around after my two toddlers, I enjoy playing netball, going to the gym and walking our dogs Winston (Cockapoo) and Basil (Bernese Mountain Dog).
