Collaborative LawA new approach to dealing with divorce, separation or family dispute
Collaborative Law is a relatively new approach to dealing with divorce, separation or family disputes.
How does it work?
Collaborative Law is designed to help you resolve your family matters without involving the family courts. Both parties appoint their own collaborative lawyer wth all parties participating in a series of face to face negotiations to try and resolve any disputes and reach an agreement. Rather than dealing through your solicitors, you work with them.
Here at Pardoes Solicitors, we have a number of Resolution accredited collaborative lawyers.
