Buying a New Build Property and Help to Buy

Pardoes has a dedicated and experienced New Build Property Team who specialise in acting for buyers of New Build Property. As well as acting locally, we act for many clients throughout the UK and can complete transactions effectively, wherever you are based.

We are experienced in the Government's Help to Buy scheme and are able to guide you through the process.

Equity Release
